Aeneas
Generation V · Trojan hero, Rome's ancestor · The Titans · The Olympians
Son of Aphrodite and the mortal Anchises, Aeneas fought among Troy's greatest defenders, twice plucked from death by watching gods. When the city burned he shouldered his aged father and led the survivors out through the flames, then wandered the seas to Italy, where his line would give rise to Rome — the ancestor Romans claimed for their founders and their Caesars alike.
