Ares
Generation VI · War · The Olympians · Heroes & Monsters
Son of Zeus and Hera, Ares is war in its raw form — the din, the blood, the rout — and even his divine kin found him hard to love. His famous humiliations balance his fury: Hephaestus once snared him in an invisible net of finest chain, caught in bed with Aphrodite, and hauled the tangled pair up for the assembled gods to laugh at.
